My name is Natalie and I am in my 30’s. I am recently married to my love, Tanner. A couple years ago I started having a lot of stomach issues. I tried eating more fiber then tried less fiber then no carbs then no dairy then no grains then gluten free diet…you name it!
Needless to say it was very exhausting trying all these different diets. I was not sure what was going on with myself and to be honest it was really stressing me out as I thought something terrible was going on! I was soo lost as I have never had any issues with my stomach before this! I loved bread and bread loved me. I came across the Paleo diet via a Crossfit trainer I used to have (until I moved). She told me to try that and it will probably help! At this point I was willing to try anything except taking medication. So I started reading recipes and what Paleo was all about and it sounded pretty awesome! I realized that if I was going to do this I had to make sure I was really ready for this completely different lifestyle. I did TONS of research on recipes and on the diet itself and figured this was it for me. So I began my journey through this phenomenon and what do you know…IT TOTALLY HELPED!!! Plus I feel incredibly healthier, not as tired, no headaches. Just all around better! Its amazing how much eating healthy can really affect your entire mood and body!
