Avocado-Lime Deviled Eggs


  • 6 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 of a lime (juiced)
  • 4 pieces of fried bacon
  • Cayenne Pepper for Spice
  • Salt & Pepper for Taste
  • Paprika for Garnish


Fry up the bacon and put aside. After the eggs have been hard boiled and cooled, peel them. Slice each egg long ways putting the yolk into a separate bowl. Add avocado and lime juice to yolks and mix together until they have a nice creamy consistency. Add the cayenne pepper, salt and pepper as needed. As a note, its possible you may need more avocado depending on how you want it to taste.

Cut up the bacon into small chunks and put aside. Place the eggs on your tray and take a plastic bag and fill it with the avocado mixture. Then cut a hole in the corner and pump out a little bit into each egg cup. Add the chunked bacon on top of each egg and sprinkle the paprika for garnish.
