Easy Avocado Chicken Salad

Yummy Avocado Chicken Salad

Ingredients

1 Pkg boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2 or 3)
1 avocado
Juice of 1/2 a lime
2 Tbsp cilantro (or by taste)
some salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Cook the chicken and then shred it. I like to cook it in the slow cooker with some chicken broth and then shred, it comes out very moist and delicious over boiling it.  Once chicken has been shredded add all ingredients together and enjoy! Yes its that easy!

Note: You can also add some red onion in there to give it a little crunch.
