Bucket List Started!

I have decided to start blogging about my journey of fitness, food and overall health instead of just recipes.  I wanted to check off some bucket list items for 2015 & 2016 so here we go!

My goal is to complete a Century Ride in 2015 and then run a marathon in January 2016.  Particularly the Disney World Marathon and the Denver Century Ride. 

Strong is the New Skinny

 Over the course of the next year and a half I will tell you all about how I am feeling, what I am doing and what I am eating.  It will be hard but I know it will be so worth it! I hope to get some feedback on tips and what not as well!

So a little about me – I have no done too much this year other than crossfit and some running here and there. I got into cycling this year and my amazing hubby bought me a new bike! I really enjoy running, cycling and stretching.  My goal is to get leaner, learn more about myself and to overall eat healthier. I used to do paleo 100% of the time but kind of feel off the wagon. I am really excited to get back on the horse and go for it!
