So one of my favorite meals is breakfast and I love to find new ways of making eggs with things! I came up with a 21 Day Fix Approved breakfast!!! I am so excited about it!!! I would love to know what you all think about it 🙂
In a pan add broccoli & oil in the pan and suatee. Add in 2 tsp of seasoning and let it cook till the broccoli is warm and not overly crunchy. Add in the eggs to the broccoli and seasons in the pan and add the rest of the seasoning into the pan. This serves two people so just split the amount in half and serve!
NOTE: So my husband is much bigger than me so he needs more food in his diet. What I did for him is added an extra egg into his meal so his total reds are 1.5 red containers, also 1 yellow container of couscous and added about a 1/2 tsp of the southwestern seasoning into it with a tiny bit of grassfed butter.
For me: 1 GREEN, 1 RED, 1 TSP of OIL
Hubs: 1 GREEN, 1.5 RED, 1 YELLOW, 1 TSP of OIL
