It is crazy to think that a year ago I started in a challenge group. I had no idea what the heck it was other than the fact I needed change, I needed help, I needed accountability and I needed guidance on food.
After talking with my coach I chose to do the 21 Day Fix and Shakeology Challenge pack. I really was thinking ‘I will try it but I don’t like shakes!’ 😂
I didn’t realize that Shakeology wasn’t ‘just a shake’ it was so much more. After being on it for 2 weeks straight I saw changes in my mind and body. Amazing changes!
In this challenge group I learned so much and got amazing results! I couldn’t believe that accountability really was a big deal! Having people root for you and tell you to stop bitching 😂 and just go workout was helpful! Learning about myself, learning that getting fit isn’t just a number on the scale. It is getting fit in your mind, your body and your spirit. If you want to get healthy you have toget healthy all over! 💕👊🏽
So I have a brand spankin new challenge group starting February 15th – right after we have over indulged in all the chocolate of course!
