For the past month I went from being really sick to having insane allergies with terrible headaches..i can honestly say I have never had them this bad! Who is with me on that?! Because of this, I have not been able to workout at all and that alone has been difficult for!! I had planned to start 22 Min Hard Corp yesterday but the stuffiness in my head had other plans for me.
So alas I will give myself one more week and hope and pray this yuckiness goes away!! 💜 I am really hoping it does by next Monday because it has been a struggle NOT to workout! The most important thing is to really listen to your body, which is exactly what I am doing right now.
Even though I am down for the count I am still putting focus on my nutrition! Nutrition is 80% of losing weight so they say! And I can tell you from experience that it is very true!! ❤️
So yes I may not be able to get my sweat on right now but that is ok!! There are so many things in my life that are going fabulously and I can’t let one thing bring me down! I think we can all tend to do that so I am here to tell you to stop!
Take a look at what is going on and find your joy! Yes…I can’t workout…BUT I have quite the amazing hubby who is taking care of me, amazing friends, my nutrition is helping me feel like I am still working towards my goals, my fitfamily are amazing and soo inspiring…and well I could keep going but you get the drift 🙂
I know for me – this month has really taught me to take a step back and slow down. I was doing way to much! So that is exactly what I am doing. I am taking that step back to think about how I want to start getting at my goals without over doing and over committing which is what I usually do. ha ha ha!
