So I don’t know about you but I definitely don’t give myself a ton of time in the morning so I have to make sure my breakfast is quick and simple!!!
Usually have will have my Shakeo in the morning because it is such a quick and easy thing to blend everything up and throw it in a bottle!
This morning time snuck away as I was getting the house picked up, walking the dogs and of course getting myself ready for the day!!
So I looked in the fridge and grabbed 2 eggs and a tomato! In the office I just cracked open the eggs and cooked them in the microwave then added the sliced tomatoes after. Topped off with hot sauce and I was good to go!! 😊😊😊
I started my paleo challenge today so I say I started off quite strong! 😜 I am doing it to get myself back on track and also help with my adrenal fatigue!
